Pam Osborn, BSRN, is a graduate of University of Rhode Island School of Nursing.  Following graduation, she served in the Navy Nurse Corps for 5 years, during which time she gained experience in general medical surgical nursing as well as pediatrics.  While raising her own children, she continued in the Navy Reserves and became a childbirth educator and CPR instructor.  She was recalled to active duty during Desert Shield/Storm and worked at the US Naval Hospital in Bethesda on the inpatient pediatric ward. She has been a staff member at VPAC for 15 years, serving as an advice nurse and staff nurse at both our offices.
