Dr. Martha W. Hogan, a native Texan, received her medical degree and completed her pediatric residency at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Hogan has served as Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and has received the Vicennial medal from Georgetown University. She is an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Medicine for the University of Virginia and a career advisor for VCU School of Medicine. She is on the active medical staff of Inova Fairfax and Fair Oaks Hospitals. She has been president of the American Women’s Medical Association and of the Northern Virginia Pediatric Society. Dr. Hogan serves on the editorial board of Allergy & Asthma Today. In 1988, Dr. Hogan was honored as Georgetown’s "Pediatrician of the Year," and has been cited as one of the 25 outstanding pediatricians in the Washingtonian Magazine survey in 1989, 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, and 2010. She is married and has one son.
