Shot Clinic Appointments

We are now having Shot Clinic by Appointment Only.

If your child has missed any routine vaccines at a well visit due to illness or any other reason but are otherwise on a normal schedule, please call the office to make an appointment.

For Flushot clinics, please go to the Flu Vaccine page, and click on the links to sign up for either office.

Springfield shot clinic hours:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

10:00 am -12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

​Fair Ridge shot clinic hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

10:00 am -12:00 and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

If you or your child has any illness symptoms or exposures, please do not come to shot clinic. 

If your child is on an alternate vaccine schedule, he/she must have a scheduled appointment for vaccines.
