Our practice follows the Bright Futures Guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics to provide our patients with well-child care from infancy through young adulthood. We strongly agree that the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, anticipatory guidance, and early detection of disease help our patients achieve their full emotional and physical potential.

We also offer Sports Physicals by appointment or through our walk-in clinic Monday-Saturday.

***Please note that your child must have had an annual physical within the year to be able to walk-in for a sports physical.***

***As of Aug 1st, 2026, VPAC will collect a $15 fee for ALL completed sports forms (whether they are completed during an annual physical, a sports physical or if the forms are dropped off after a visit.***
